Working as a supply Teaching Assistant, you may support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in primary schools throughout Warwickshire.

Depending on the school and year group, your day could involve:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support
  • Helping pupils develop their reading, phonics, writing and maths skills
  • Supporting children with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
  • Helping pupils remain engaged and confident in lessons
  • Supporting classroom routines, play and emotional development
  • Building experience across different primary school environments
