SENCO

We are working with a prestigious secondary academy in recruiting a SENCO to join after Easter. This is a highly rewarding SENCO opportunity, based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

As a SENCO you are responsible for overseeing the provision for the students and ensuring there are educational plans in place to support these students.

The fantastic school grounds offer exceptional classrooms, resources and facilities to both students and staff, which makes it a brilliant learning environment, hence their Ofsted Outstanding status.

As a SENCO you would be responsible for the timetable which includes developing schemes of work and Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) across the school.

SENCO – what makes you suited to this role:

-         Previous experience as a SENCO is an advantage.


-         SEND experience.


-         Writing & supporting with EHCPs.


-         A full enhanced DBS, which can be processed through Smile Education.
