Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with an award-winning academic boarding preparatory school for girls and boys between the ages of 7 and 13 on the border of Surrey and Sussex.

As well as maintaining academic rigour, The School also believes that sport, music, art, design and drama are important aspects of school life. A vast array of activities and hobbies are also available to the children.

The school are looking for a highly enthusiastic and experienced music teacher to start from Easter 2023. The school is in close proximity to transport links, 30 minutes from London by train and 25 minutes from Brighton by car.

To be successful in this role, the appointed teacher will be a motivated individual, with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and have previous experience teaching Music up to GCSE level.  The successful educator will contribute to professional development activities as part of the planned programme for the school, and to promote the sharing of good practice, whilst holding high expectations of students and build successful relationships centred on teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
