Are you an inspirational and passionate Music Teacher looking to secure your next teaching role at a Goole based secondary school this academic year?

If so, please see details of a role starting ASAP at one of our client schools located in Goole.

  • Full time Teacher of Music required to start ASAP.
  • Opportunity has arisen due to a resignation
  • Required to have recent experience teaching Music to KS3 and GCSE.
  • Pay in line with MPS and UPS scale points.

The incoming Music teacher will be expected to:

  • Teach a part time timetable across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated Music lessons for students at varying levels of learning ability.
  • Set relevant homework tasks and mark these in line with the school curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and to take appropriate action where required.

The incoming teacher must have QTS and a subject specialism within Music or Performing Art

This is a temporary role with an opportunity to offered on a long-term basis. Planning and marking responsibilities are to be included and recent experience teaching in secondary settings is desired.
