Pay: £90–£94 per day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Tidworth from September 2026 on a maternity cover contract.

Our thriving school caters for more than 400 pupils aged between 4 and 11 years old, with the addition of an on-site nursery provision. We are proud of our school and our children enjoy learning here every day.

In our most recent Ofsted inspection (June 2024), the school was rated Outstanding in all areas — a testament to the dedication and passion of our entire team and school community.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in supporting children with SEN and/or SEMH needs.

The role:

  • Supporting teaching and learning within KS2 classrooms.
  • Working closely with teachers to provide targeted support to pupils.
  • Assisting children with additional needs to access learning effectively.
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
