Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Cambridge to recruit a dedicated HLTA for a part-time position starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering targeted interventions, and leading lessons when required to help maximise pupil progress and achievement.

We are looking for a candidate who:
✅ Holds a HLTA qualification or has substantial classroom experience
✅ Has experience supporting learning within a primary school setting
✅ Is confident delivering lessons and interventions across different year groups
✅ Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
✅ Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children's development
✅ Can work effectively as part of a wider school team
