English Teacher

English Teacher – Secondary – Manchester

Smile Education is working in partnership with small, bespoke Secondary School in the heart of Manchester. They need an English Teacher to join them – this is a long term, temporary to permanent vacancy.

You must hold QTS or be an ECT to qualify for this role. Applications from ambitious ECTs would be welcome – this role can become permanent.  

This role will commence September 2023. Must have UK teaching experience.

You will join a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional, who will work together to support you in reaching your potential.

You will be able to start in the role immediately on a full-time basis where you will be paid to scale from M1 dependant on your experience and qualifications.

About you:

You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold QTS. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive and approachability.

Ideally you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service; if you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.
