Early Career Teachers

Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting Early Career Teachers who graduate with QTS in July 2024 to take on full time and part time teaching commitments within Primary Schools across Merseyside teaching from EYFS-Y6.

We are looking for Teachers who are currently studying:

  • BA Hons in Primary Education with QTS
  • Post Graduate Degree in Primary Education with QTS (PGCE)
  • School Centred Initial Teacher Training with QTS (SCITT)

All Early Career Teachers registered with Teaching Personnel will have access to the Early Career Framework (ECF). This framework outlines the areas that Early Career Teachers should focus and develop on during the first 2 years of their careers and the induction period. The Early Career Framework allows Early Career Teacher’s sections on, Behaviour Management, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Behaviours. The ECF provides support for Early Career Teachers, providing a funded entitlement to a structured 2-year package of high-quality professional development. The reforms are part of the government’s , which aims to improve the training and development opportunities available to teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
